Attorney Franklin Nelson earned his J.D at the Southern California Law School and in 1990, was admitted to the California Bar, U.S. District Court Eastern District of California, U.S. District Court Southern District of California, U.S. District Court Central District of California, and U.S. Court of Appeals 9th Circuit, 1990. In 1996, Attorney Nelson was also admitted to the UU.S. Supreme Court Bar.
Since 1994, Attorney Nelson has worked in immigration law in California and served as a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association – a professional organization dedicated to immigration law.
